These terms apply to AtlyOnline at https://atly.online, operated by AtlyTech s.r.o.

The service

AtlyOnline listens to one online call and shows grounded checks beside the transcript. Use it only where that assistance is allowed. AtlyOnline has no hidden mode. It does not write a résumé.

Accounts and minutes are separate from AtlyChat. They are not shared.

Price

AtlyOnline is a monthly subscription at $19.99 for 300 audio minutes. Extra packs cost $5 for 60 minutes, $12 for 180 minutes, and $20 for 400 minutes. List prices are in USD.

Extra minutes can be bought and spent only while the subscription is active or trialing. Canceling stops the monthly grant and freezes the extra balance. It does not delete that balance. Without an active subscription the service does not start speech-to-text or the language model, even when an extra balance remains.

One try of 10 minutes is available once, without a card. After that try, continued use is the subscription above.

A call

One active call per account. The call may include the computer audio and a microphone together. People who share one microphone are separated in the transcript when the speech service can tell them apart.

The desktop helper hears the call on that computer: system audio and the microphone. It does not record the screen. On macOS, listening asks for Screen Recording because that permission is how the system shares call audio. Refusing it leaves system audio off. On a phone, the app hears the microphone only, and only while the phone stays awake with the speaker on.

Raw audio is not stored. The transcript, call notes, and uploaded briefs stay until you delete them or delete the account.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for whether assistance is allowed on that call, including when other people can be heard.
