AtlyOnline privacy

AtlyTech s.r.o. processes account, call, file, and billing data to provide AtlyOnline at https://atly.online. Sub-processors include OpenAI, Together AI, Stripe, Google Cloud (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage) in the EU (europe-west1), Cloudflare, Sentry, and transactional email. Deepgram receives audio when that speech backend is turned on. OpenAI or Google Gemini receives the transcript text when that language-model backend is turned on. Speech-to-text and the language model run at those providers. The application itself is hosted in the EU (europe-west1).

Call and desktop

When you start a call, we process the live transcript, the notes, and the briefs you keep. The desktop helper sends system audio and the microphone as PCM for the time of the transfer. We do not store that raw audio. On macOS the helper asks for Screen Recording so it can hear the call. It does not record the screen. A phone install hears the microphone only, and only while the phone stays awake with the speaker on.

People on the call can be heard. You are responsible for whether assistance is allowed. When the call includes other people's personal data, AtlyTech processes that data as processor under the data processing agreement at /legal/dpa. When you use AtlyOnline only for yourself, you are the data subject and AtlyTech is the controller.

The password is stored as a scrypt hash. Payment cards are handled by Stripe. AtlyOnline does not store card numbers. Billing status is the subscription and minute balance.

We do not use call content to train AI models, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising. People at AtlyTech do not read that content, except to investigate abuse or when the law requires it.

Deleting a call deletes its transcript and notes. Briefs stay until you delete them. Deleting the account deletes the calls, the library, and extracts. That does not delete anything that already exists only on your computer. Accounts and minutes are separate from AtlyChat.
